Ice Cream Cone Amigurumi Pattern Instructions

Materials

  • Bernat blanket yarn in four colours (I use lemon lime, light pink, sand, and bright pink for the cherry)
  • 8mm hook
  • Tapestry needle
  • Polyester fiber
  • 1 or 2 15mm safety eyes
  • a strand of black yarn for the eye and mouth

Abbreviations

  • sc – single crochet
  • sl st – slip stitch
  • dc – double crochet
  • inc – increase
  • dec – decrease

Notes:

  • This pattern is worked in continuous rounds. Use a stitch marker to mark the last stitch of each row; move it up as you go along.
  • The ice cream cone is worked from the top to the bottom. The edge of scoop is the last part to work on with shell stitch. Please remember do not cut the yarn after you finish the ice cream scoop because you need it to crochet the edge.

Finished Size: 41cm (16”) tall x 17cm (7”) wide
